Spring 2000, Vol. 6 No. 1

Who is Responsible for What?

Have you ever thought about the pipe that carries water from the street into your home or business? No? Well, did you know that a portion of the water pipe is actually owned by you? And if something should happen to that portion of the line (a leak or break, for example), it would be your responsibility to fix it. Take a look at the diagram to see just what portion of the pipe is the building owner's responsibility to maintain and what portion is the responsibility of Chester Water Authority.

Customer Service Update

We are expanding the Customer Service Department at our Main Office Building to serve you better. The improvements will be completed by July 2000. After completion, customers will have easier access to our lobby via a new entrance from the parking area. The customer service area will be expanded for better customer assistance.
