Paying Your Bill
Chester Water Authority customers have a variety of bill paying
options.
You can mail your payment, using a check or money order, in the
self addressed envelope that arrives with each quarterly bill. You
can also pay in person at the Authority’s main office located at
415 Welsh Street in Chester City, either by walking inside or
using the drive up window.
Others options are the "Pay By Phone" directly to the
Authority or online computer banking. Many banks now offer the
automated "Pay By Phone" system, or electronic
bill-paying. If you are currently paying other bills by phone, you
can add Chester Water Authority to your list through your bank.

If you can’t pay your water bill
Sometimes paying your bills can be a serious problem. If you
find yourself in a situation where you’re not able to pay your
water bill promptly, don’t panic and don’t delay calling CWA
Customer Service at (610) 876-8181.
The Authority understands that occasionally special payment
plans need to be put into place. A payment plan, reasonable for
both the customer and the Authority, will be permitted if the
situation warrants it.
