Chester Water Authority
Right to Know Request Form

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania has a new law that allows all citizens access to the records of any state agency. Now, a government agency must presume that a record is a public record available for inspection or copying. If the government agency chooses to withhold a record, the agency has the burden to prove - with legal citation - why that record should not be available to the public. If you would like to view Chester Water Authority's financial records, please print out the Request form, fill it out, and fax, mail, or bring it to us. Any request for records will be answered within five business days.

You may fill out the form below to email your request.  OR you may click here for a printer-ready copy of this form which you can print out and fax, mail or deliver.
