Rates Comparison
Chester Water Authority (CWA) is
committed to providing “Quality, Service, and Value” to
all of our customers.
Quality: One way we sustain the
quality of our company is by careful planning. By using
our capital dollars wisely (Capital
Projects), we are maintaining our facilities and
systems at their peak performance. We invest in our
employees, too, with our commitment to employee training
and education.
Service: We have invested in
back-up systems and technologies that we use in the
event of a power interruption or other weather-related
issues. Our drinking water continues to meet or exceed
state and federal standards of drinking water.
Value: We have achieved all of
this while keeping our rates among the lowest in
southeastern Pennsylvania.
